At 54, I was encouraged to launch myself into the cyber world of IT and create my own blog. I have not even mastered FaceBook yet, it still takes me over half an hour to change my Profile Picture, but hey - the old dog is never too old to learn a new trick they say.

ReplyDeleteBeing put under pressure to keep blogging. Why, when I am just chatting away on email, can I write and write till my wrists get sore? But tell me to write, and I have nothing to say - well nothing of import of entertainment value.
ReplyDeleteWhile checking other blogsites - like coelhoculture - I am shocked to see stunning photos of interesting places - and I wonder when they find the time - or energy for that matter - to do this stuff?
I can barely keep my feet moving one in front of the other, or barely keep my head from flopping down onto my chest - and that's first thing in the morning! How then do they run around taking pics and downloading, and all that jazz - cymble clash!
I have about enough energy to throw myself onto the couch at night, then maybe to drag myself through to the kitchen for that late night snack I so desperately need.
Will have to get up and at it if I want to compete in this fast moving cyber world of ours.
Talk about the Lyons roar, more like the rabbit and the hare at this point in time. Think another cocktail would be in order.
Okay, so today is a better day for me. Have managed to update my profile all by myself - watch out Bill Gates!
